Why We Create Listing Videos

According to the National Association of Realtors, 403% more inquiries are driven from listings with video. And 51% of home buyers use YouTube as their #1 destination for a search. Yet many people sell their most valuable asset with agents that simply throw a sign in the yard and put the listing on the MLS.

We recently had the pleasure of taking a listing that had previously set on the market for 6 months. We immediately made a listing video and started targeting complex custom-built audiences in YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Showings were steady and the right buyer was soon found.
